Summer holidays are fairly easy to find with so many tour operators all striving to be different and provide you with the best possible deal at the greatest hotel location on planet earth and you are aren’t spoilt for choice when it comes to destinations either, but winter holidays are just that little more difficult to plan, execute and enjoy.
There are a ton of horror stories out there about summer holidays that have gone wrong, from food poisoning to half finished hotel rooms with no roof in place right through to nightmares about dog meat being used for the burgers, but few will have heard about the equally horrible stories which come from a bad winter holiday or an adventure holiday that went wrong.
The one thing you have to fall back on during summer is the sunshine, but on a skiing holiday, having to spend your time away from your half finished hotel will probably give you frostbite and although it might be sunny, it will certainly be a darn site colder. (more…)
