Swimming is a great aerobic exercise that improves cardiovascular fitness and also tones the muscles in your body. People of any age can do the aquatics exercise in swimming pools, as for gym exercises children under 16 won’t be allowed in, swimming is one exercise where there is no age barrier.
You will be able to do plenty of exercises in a swimming pool, for your various body parts such as; abdominal, biceps, triceps, hamstrings, quadriceps and many more.
